The Director and founder of e-Gov Watch Ltd, Shane Middlemiss is an expert online strategy consultant with twenty years' experience in e-government at all levels of government and is independent of any online development or software vendor interests.

Shane was the Website Manager for the first NZ Government Portal, NZ Government Online and Strategic Planner for the Government within Reach project.
